What a day! Today feels like more than forty hours, but have managed to do somethingin any case. This morning on the way to the station I went down the road by the houseto my dad. And stopped to take some beautiful pictures of the beautiful nature around.A little gray and gloomy, but as well a beautiful setting. I went to a clinic as the drive isshock wave therapy, and did some intense processes. It is one of the worst I have ever experienced in my whole life.Så incredibly painful but I survived that too.

I felt much lighter and more mobile in the body afterwards, but really bruised too. A nicething to add in the sun afterwards to relax to soft music!
